He was predeceased by: his parents, William McDonald Shock and Pearl Shock (Tucker); his children, Bradley and Teresa; his brother David Riffle; and his father-in-law Robert Haney.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Michelle Shock (Haney); his daughters, LeeAnn Baus (Aaron) and Katelyn Smitley; his grandson Nicholas Baus; his brother Duane; his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Riffle, Robert, Chris Haney and Angel Burdette; his parents-in-law, Nancy, Robert Tharp and Jean Haney; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
