The passing of Star Charvat of Bay Village, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 8, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her son David; her parents, Robert Sedelmeyer Sr. and Jean Castle Sedelmeyer; and her brother Douglas. She is survived by: her children, Steven (Jacqueline), Kimberly Daley (Michael) and Gigi; her grandchildren, Gabrielle (Blake), Thea, Calen, Aurora and Reese Daley; her siblings, Bruce (Roberta), Laura Dornback (late Douglas) and Robert Jr. (Melinda); her sister-in-law Georgia Cudina; and also Clifford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake (25620 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Star's name may be made to the COPD Foundation.
