She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Wiley and Isabel Schultz; her husband Ralph O. Slenker Jr.; her brother Dr. David W. Schultz; and her son Richard W. Slenker.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Greene (Randy) of Chagrin Falls, Sally Fortney of Seville, Lori Slenker of Bay Village, Jennifer Slenker of Bay Village and Ralph Slenker III (Molly) of Westerville, Ohio.; and her great grandchildren, Jane, Luke, Jack, Jake, Charlie, Jessie, Sadie, Lucy and Wyatt.
