He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hurtuk and Helen Hurtuk of Bedford, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Diane (Orchison); his children, David (Elissa), Lauren League (Michael) and Jennifer Demmitt (Jack); his grandchildren, Brielle, Alena, Caleb, Gavin, Beckham, Brooks, Camden, Lane, Nora, Mitchell and Annie; and his brothers, Joseph and Edward.
