He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry, Elaine Fairhurst, Robert and Eileen Hanlon; and his mother-in-law Joyce Hamaker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annabelle Scarlett and Charlotte Elaine; his wife Amy Kathryn; his son Harry Greyson; his parents, Harry Fairhurst and Nancy Fairhurst; his sister Lori Fairhurst (Scott Moore); his sisters-in-law, Jill Hamaker and Sara Jurado (Javier); his father-in-law William Hamaker; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Beagle (Nick), Isabel, Sophia, Lucas, Ian, Oliver Jurado, Noah and Rowan Beagle. He is also survived by extended family and innumerable friends.
