He is survived by: his sister Julie Penn (Sam) of Lexington, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Lee Martin of Independence, William Penn of Richmond, Matthew Penn of Georgetown and Rachel Penn (Justin Cox) of Berea; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Ashley, Hunter and Ethan Martin.
