He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary Partin, Sr.; and his wife Darlene Partin. He is survived by: his children, Donald Ray Partin (Emilie), Gary Lee Partin (late Tammy Sha), Patricia Lynn Losekamp (Ronald) and Tina Louise Zerhusen (Steven); his grandchildren, Brittany, Dylin, April, Amber, Kiersten, Griffin, Angel and Chelsea; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Evelyn, Darryl, Claire, Talen and Jaxen; and his siblings, Hobert Partin, Cecil Partin and Rosella Knox.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's honor may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
