She is survived by: her children, Denise Campbell (Jerry), Jeff Chapman (Kim), Gregory Chapman (Pat), Kenneth Chapman, Lisa Mofford (Dee) and Brian Chapman (Vicki); and her sisters, Shelva Cornwell and Kay Fletcher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
