He was predeceased by: his father David W. Lee II; and his grandfather David Lee. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer M. Addis of Cincinnati; his siblings, Dillen W. Lee of Batavia, Kelsey M. Lee of Louisville and Kensleigh Lee of Burlington, Kentucky.; his grandparents, Victoria Day of Mt. Carmel, Pam Johnson of Cincinnati and William Addis; and his girlfriend Paige Cox. He is also survived by his many cousins, aunts and uncles.
