He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Howard Cole and Georgiana Ferguson Cole; his wife June Ann Kleinjohn Cole; his granddaughters, Molly Ferguson and Audrey Tuttle McCartney; his sisters-in-law, Susan Bruton Cole and Jane Crawford (Hennig); and his children, Clermont Kids and Sugar Plum Kids.
