He was predeceased by: his father Paul P. Painter; and his brother Todd Hacker. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Lee Painter; his significant other Terri Justice; his daughter Julia Grace Justice; his stepchildren, Jenna Taylor and Jesse Justice; his siblings, Michelle Painter, Lee Painter and Paula Campbell; his grandchildren, Zek, Ellie Justice and Wyatt Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Leroy, Summer, Bradlee, Colton, Gracie, Westlee, Michael and Zachary. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
