The passing of Russell Frank Ruehrwein of Batavia, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 76. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Milton and Jeanette Alma Ruehrwein; and his sister Jean Kohl. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynn Ruehrwein; his sons, Russell (Tammy), Randy (Vickie) and Rob Ruehrwein (Skylar); his grandchildren, Collin, Lauren, Clay, Aaron, Taylor, Kolby and Kade; and his siblings, Bev Froehlich and Gary Ruehrwein. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Goshen Chapel (1668 OH-28, Goshen, OH 45122). The military honors was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
