Spurlock; his daughter-in-law Kelly Spurlock; and his siblings, Mary Swafford, Norma Beavers, Bonnie Hunter, Toni Gail Horst, Rusty Napier and Hattie Napier. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
