She is survived by: her children, Charles Wise, Thomas Smith, Annie Lewis (Gordon) and Debbie Smith; and her stepchildren, Donnie Smith, Pam Teegarden (Dave), Marilyn Richardson (Dave) and Melissa Zeigler (Bob).
