With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary J. Waters (Batavia, Ohio), who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald G. and Mary A. Smedley (Nee Levitz); her husband Richard Waters; and her sister Donna Lundsford. She is survived by: her children, Joe Waters (Sherri), Nick Waters (Kim), Shellie Padgett (Chris) and Matt Waters (Donna); and her brothers, Danny G. Smedley and John S. Smedley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
