She was predeceased by: her husband William Applegate. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mulshine (John), Kathryn Walton (Bill) and William Applegate; and her grandchildren, Kelli Williams (Mark), Megan Eckert (Jon Michael), Sam Olberding (Sarah) and Jennifer Lynch (Jason). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
