He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Vaughn Perkins; his children, Trena Tincher (David) of Carlisle, Eddy Petitt, Jr. (Marissa Crary) of Cynthiana, Judy Evans (Michael) of Paris, Amber Smith (Joe) of Fairborn, Jessica Bowles (Jessie Rico) of Carlisle and Marcus Perkins (Kayla Perraut) of Carlisle; and his siblings, Sharin Shaffer (Ronnie) of Mt. Orab, Ohio and Lloyd Perkins (Brandie) of Batavia, Ohio. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
