He was predeceased by: his mother Bonnie Purtilar; and his son Nick. He is survived by: his father Wayne Purtilar; his wife Chesla; his children, Chet Purtilar and Elyse Adams (Aaron); and his sister Diane Chapman (Gary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
