With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marion L. Holmes of Batavia, Ohio, born in Bellevue, Kentucky, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winfred and Mary Theresa Holmes. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Betty), Allen (Kathy), Kevin (Cathy) and David (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Tara Estrella (Chad), Heather Holmes-Medina (Mike), Stephanie Hoffman (Graig), Jennie Coyle (Tim), Eric Holmes, Erin MacLeod (Iain) and Sara Holmes. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or The ALS Society of America.
