He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Lee "Jeffie" Ottaway; his parents, Roy Ottaway and Dorothy Miller; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Craver and Elmer Bitzer.
He is survived by: his wife Georgeann Ottaway; his children, Kelly Wehrung (Gregg) and Tracey Sumner (Jim); his sister Debra Bitzer; his sister-in-law Sue Craver; his niece Michelle Singleton (Scott); and his great-nephews, Conner and Justin Singleton.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be directed to the St. Philomena Cemetery Fund, The Bethesda Foundation, or the Charity of one's choice.
