He is survived by: his children, Kurtis Banks (Mary), Dianna Cook (Michael) and Keith Banks (Angie); his grandchildren, Tim (Brandi), Michael, Kandice, Eddie, Katelynn and Kortaney; and his great grandchildren, Faith, Hope, Adalynn and Amara.
