With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Lee Butcher Jr. (Batavia, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Butcher; his children, John Lee Butcher III (Barb Windsor), Tonya Butcher (Phillip Vandy), Kevin Lee Butcher (Sherri) and Kimberly Young (late Billie); and his siblings, Bill Wolf, Jeffery Wolf and Bonnie Gibson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of John Lee Butcher Jr. to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
