He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schwalbach and Mary Lou Schwalbach; and his siblings, Dave Schwalbach and Pam Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Holly Schwalbach; his children, Shane (Kristi), Chris (Carie), Cameron, Donovan Schwalbach (Jaymie) and Sydney Sanders (AJ); his grandchildren, Hannah, Ty, Cooper, Mason, Nolan, Jayda, Theo and Wade; his brothers, Steve (Nina) and Danny Schwalbach (Laurie); and his cousin Mike Schwalbach.
The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association, 4050 Executive Park Dr. , Cincinnati, OH 45241.
