It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Meranda of Batavia, Ohio, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard; her parents, Floyd Bowen and Anabel Bowen; and her siblings, Edwin, Kenneth, Mary, Grace, Ruth and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Lee Meranda and Tina Townsend; her grandchild Nate Townsend (Hannah); her sister Madge; and her brother-in-law Larry "Poncho" Meranda (Jeralyn). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.
