He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ralph and Aline Evans. He is survived by: his wife Catherine R. Evans; his children, Christy Lewis (RJ), Amy Walters (Rob), Randall Evans, Matthew Evans and Michael Evans; his grandchildren, Courtney, Maddison, Abbie and Audrey; and his sister Tricia Deitz (Sam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
