She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy C. Ottaway; her son Jeffrey Lee "Jeffie" Ottaway; her parents, Alvin G. Craver and Alice M. Craver; her brother Stephen Craver; and her brother-in-law Elmer Bitzer.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Wehrung (Gregg) and Tracey Sumner (Jim); her sisters-in-law, Peggy Sue Craver and Debra Bitzer; her niece Michelle Singleton (Scott); and her great-nephews, Conner and Justin Singleton.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be directed to the St. Philomena Cemetery Fund, or to an animal rescue of one's choice.
