He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Cadwallader and Floyd Cadwallader; his wife Mary Cadwallader; and his sister Carol McFarland. He is survived by: his children, Brian Cadwallader (Patricia), Chris Cadwallader (Julie) and Brent Cadwallader (Amanda); his stepsons, Dave Trevey, David Phelps (Shawn) and Russ Phelps (Jane); and his sister Janice Williams-Paul. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
