He is survived by: his children, Terry Howard (Tony), Debbie Myers, Cathy Barger (Roy), Amanda Howard (Kevin Welter), Drew Howard (Charli), Kaitlyn Howard, Melissa Hitt (Josh) and Jennifer Skelton (Robin Reinhardt); his great grandchildren, Brayden Howard, Wayde Howard, Jaxon Offill, Anakin Howard, Harrison Welter, Aubrey Hitt and Ava Hitt; and his sister Patricia Reinhardt.
