He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Allen and Myrtle Allen of Glen Este, Ohio.; and his brothers, Ellsworth "Mac" Allen of Apopka and Charles Phillip Allen of Glen Este, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Carrol J. Allen; his children, Jeffrey L. Allen and Kimberly F. Wuebold; his grandchildren, Amanda F. Luers (Paul), Joshua B. Laing and Hannah J. Wuebold; and his great grandchildren, Kiptyn F. Luers and Kolton M. Luers.
Interment at Pierce Township Cemetery: 950 Locust Corner Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. *Proper distancing and masks are required under the state mandate for Covid-19.*.
