She was predeceased by: her husband Bob (Bob); and her parents, Duane Humphrey and Delores Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Bob Frey Jr. (Anita), Michael Frey (Melissa), Maw Maw of Brandon Frey and Jacob Frey; her brother Doug Humphrey (Alicia); and her sister-in-law Fran Behymer (Tom).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Diane's name to First Baptist Church of Glen Este.
