He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki E. Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Steve Jacobs, Del Jacobs (Mary), Sandy Mullins (Robert), Susan York (Jeremy) and Jennifer Oberding (Rick); his grandchildren, Patty, Steve Jr., Jesse, Dana, Nicole, Ryan, Meagan, Andrew, Sam, David, Emily, Cody and Brandon; and his siblings, Connie Parker (late Wilbur) and Donnie Jacobs (Linda). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
