He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Naomi Lynnetta Miller; and his grandparents, Nelson and Pauline Terry. He is survived by: his wife Deborah E. Miller; his sons, Karl J. Rudin, David G. Miller, Derick L. Carter and Jeremy T. Miller; and his siblings, Bill Miller, Mathew Miller, Robert Miller and Brittany. He is also survived by 2 uncles, 1 aunt, numerous cousins, many other relatives and friends.
