He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Chapman; his daughter Katelyn Chapman; his mother Carole Chapman; his siblings, Earl Chapman (Amy), Flora Chapman and Scot Chapman (Manda); his parents-in-law, Edward and Joyce Smith; his brother-in-law Kelley Smith (Elizabeth); and his nieces and nephews, Angelika, Kira Chapman, Madison Smith, Brady and Hunter Smith.
