He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Siler (Bill) and Flora Siler; his children, Peggy-Lynne Clifton (Siler) and Charles R. Siler, Jr.; his sister Venus Bryant (Siler) of Williamsburg, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Ryan, Carissa Legg, Emily, Kyle Koeppe and Charles R. Siler, III; and his wife Louise. He was also cherished by Many other family members and friends called him, "Grandpa".
