He was predeceased by: his father Charles Flagge, Sr.; and his brother David Flagge. He is survived by: his mother Geneva "Pat" Flagge (Fuller) of Peebles, Ohio; his significant other Frances Sloas of Batavia; and his sisters, Debbie Gampfer (Dave) of Cincinnati and Linda Perazzo (Rick) of Lebanon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
