He was predeceased by : his father Anthony "Tony" Cox. He is survived by : his mother Laverne Cox; his brother Kevin Cox; his uncle Jeff; his aunt Angie Moore; and his cousins, Justin Charles and Kyle Moore.

A funeral service was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the Central Baptist Church (3235 Williamsburg-Bantam Rd, Batavia, OH 45103). Visitation was held on Monday, June 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
