She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stanley and Martha Stanley; her husband Elwood Platt; and her sister Pamela Henson. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Joyce Peterson (late Dan), Wayne Thomas Platt (Patty), Mary Pauline and Marta Louise Platt; her grandchildren, Danielle and Robin; and her brother Ralph Stanley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
