We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2021, at the age of 92, Carlisle Lipps of Batavia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Michael Ray Lipps; and his sister Marjorie Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Janice T. Lipps; his children, Steven C. Lipps (Glynda), Jay Bowman, Jeff Bowman, Julie Ann Jordan and Jeanine Bowman; his sister Marilyn Fuggett (Dan); and his grandson Arthur Jordan III. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to City Gospel Mission.
