He was predeceased by: his father James Arthur Bennett; and his brother James A. Bennett (Noriko). He is survived by: his mother Janet L. Evans Bennett; his wife Deborah S. Spradlin Bennett; his children, Rebecca L. Surges (Steve) and Brian L. Bennett Jr. (Taryne); his siblings, Roy S. Bennett (Ruth), Carol Ann Baker (Gary) and Diane Boyer (Tim); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Longworth, Beau, William Surges, Kellan, Rylann and Brysen Bennett.
