He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Holtzclaw and Annette Ringley; his children, Kristina Holtzclaw and Daniel Holtzclaw; his daughter-in-law Savannah Holtzclaw; his grandchildren, Johnny Holtzclaw, Azariah Holtzclaw and Willow Holtzclaw; his siblings, Johnny Holtzclaw, Donnie Holtzclaw and Joann Holtzclaw; and his son Jonathan Holtzclaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
