He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. McAfee and Dorothy; and his siblings, Carol, Brenda, Ruth, Robert and Linda.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy; and his brother Cecil McAfee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
