She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Sester and Marie Sester; her brothers, Ledford and Sonny Sester; and her sons, Scott and Kelly Pursell.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Pursell; her sister Eva Purdon; and her children, Rhonda Hockett and Randy Pursell. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
