He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Neal and Hazel Neal; his son Mark Neal; and his siblings, Johnny Neal, Bessie Anderson, Don Neal and Thelma Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue; his children, Tony Harless (Lisa), Michael Neal (Tammy), Melissa DeMetro (Jerry) and Marty Neal (Shannon); his grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Jonah, Jovannah, Jennifer, Nicole, Mikaela, Mark, Matthew, Madison and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Colt Estep and Ava Neal; and his sister-in-law Flo Neal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
