She was predeceased by: her husband William Edward Dooley; her parents, Noel Hicks and Mary Elizabeth Hicks; her daughters, Lisa Stears and Shelly Stears; her stepchildren, Christine Dooley and William Dooley; and her brother Bucky Hicks.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Bryson, Joseph Stears, Douglass Stears (Kim), Trina Burdine (Ronald), Mary Houchin (James) and Brian Stears (Megan); her sister Judy Foster; and her niece Noel Hicks. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, her 12 great-grandchildren.
