Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings are required during the visitation on Thursday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Friday at 11 a. m. with Wayne Clark officiating.
