She was predeceased by: her parents, George Repchak and Julia Repchak (Vah); her husband John Smolenak; and her siblings, Julia Zavatsky, Mary Pavliscak, Veronica Bego, Ann Horvath, Marge Horvath, John, Michael and George Repchak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
