It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Julia Moore of Barton, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 97, on December 1, 2020. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitro Bilica and Mary Wanca Bilica; and her siblings, Frank, Nicholas, Steve, Mike, John, Paul Bilica, Anne Bilica, Mary McQuade, Nancy Shelton, Helen Sinoski, Frances LeMasters, Elizabeth Ross and Jeanette Bella.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Ross (Laney); her grandchildren, Laney J. Ross II (Anna), Mary Ellen Copas (Ken), Cindy Beth Ross-Butterfield (Michael) and Anne Marie Cohen-Ross (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Tara, Lara, Maria, Kenny Copas, Londyn, Hunter, Farley Butterfield, Kai and Avery Cohen-Ross; her nieces, Janice Neuhart, Sandie Vetula and Carol Latimer; and also, Michael Sinoski and Garon Neuhart. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing is required during the public visitation on Thursday at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville from 2-4 p. m. and 6-8 p. m. with Funeral Service starting at 7 p. m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Nicholas Church.
