She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" James and Alvina Tozer (Price); her siblings, Dixie Baker, Peggy, Barbara Richmond, Richard Tozer and Eugene Tozer; and her nieces and nephews, Tina Strawn, Sara Johnson, Kimblerly Coleman, Johnny Baker, Chris Orum, Scott Orum and Kelly Orum.
She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Tozer (Margaret) of Bridgeport, Jeffery Tozer of Martins Ferry and Lisa Petschauer of Martins Ferry.
