He is survived by: his son Angelus Cuichta of Barnesville; his father Kevin Sr. Cuichta (Jennifer) of Moundsville, WV; his siblings, Rebecca Perry of Toronto, OH, Emily Kuhn (Steven) of Shadyside, OH, Alicia Estadt of St. Clairsville, OH, Jen Hershberger of Massillon, OH and Sam Hershberger of Barnesville; and his grandmothers, Barbara Cuichta of Glen Dale, WV and Barbara Hanlin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and his pet cat.
