She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mann and Martha Mann (Roby); her husband Samuel Shipley; her daughter Michelle Amber Shipley; her brothers, Robert Mann and Barney Mann; and her sons-in-law, Joe Piersol and Tom Lynn.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lynn (Jay Boulet), Scott Shipley (Krista), Kevin Shipley (Tom Fosco) and Lisa Howiler (Michael); her grandchildren, Dwayne Lynn, Tommy Lynn, Letitia Lynn, Amy Carpenter, Ashley Shipley, Jason Shipley, Scotty Shipley, Katelyn Shipp, Johnathan Piersol, Hobie Howiler and Harleigh Howiler; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Bohandy, Brody Carpenter, Sam Carpenter, Eliza Carpenter and Elena Piersol.
